See Every Roof, Safely from the Air
Drone-based building and roof inspections capture detailed imagery of roofing materials, flashing, gutters, chimneys, vents, and structural details without ladders, scaffolding, or lifts. Property owners, insurers, and contractors get the clear documentation they need while keeping everyone safely on the ground.
Why Use Drones for Roof & Building Inspections?
Aerial inspections deliver clearer data faster and safer than traditional climb-and-inspect methods:
Document Roof Condition Capture shingles, flashing, gutters, skylights, and structural details in exceptional detail — even on steep or fragile roofs.
Support Insurance & Repairs Provide the visual evidence insurers, adjusters, and roofing contractors need to process claims and scope repairs accurately.
Safer & More Efficient Eliminate the hazards and cost of working at height while reducing inspection time from hours to minutes.
Building & Roof Inspection Applications
We support a wide range of building inspection needs across Colorado:
Residential Roof Inspections
Detailed condition documentation for homeowners, buyers, and real estate transactions — including hail and storm damage.
Commercial Building Inspections
Flat roofs, facades, and building envelopes documented for property managers, facility teams, and insurers.
Safer, Quicker, Cheaper Roof Inspections
A drone building survey identifies and locates imperfections and damage without anyone setting foot on the roof. High-resolution imagery reveals defects to membranes, flashing, gutters, parapets, skylights, and HVAC curbs, and infrared photography helps pinpoint costly heating, cooling, and moisture leaks. Because there is no lift or scaffolding to set up, inspections are usually finished far faster than traditional methods and cause almost no disruption to the business operating below.
- Large commercial and industrial buildings
- Steep, tile, or otherwise fragile residential roofs
- High-rise buildings and multifamily properties
- Post-storm hail and wind damage documentation
Thermal Inspections for Water Retention Behind the Membrane
Radiometric thermal imaging reveals trapped moisture and water retention beneath roof membranes long before it shows up as a ceiling stain. Flown after sunset, saturated insulation holds heat longer than dry areas and appears as bright thermal anomalies, letting us map wet sections precisely and pair every thermal map with a matching high-resolution visual map of the same roof.

Roof Reports & Measurements
Every inspection can include a measured roof report: a labeled diagram of each roof facet with edge lengths, plus a measurement table listing perimeter, slope, pitch, azimuth, and surface area by section. Contractors, adjusters, and property owners get the numbers needed to scope materials and price repairs without anyone setting foot on the roof.

Documentation You Can Use
Imagery is delivered geotagged and organized by roof section, so property managers, contractors, and adjusters can all reference the same record. Repeat inspections can be flown on the same flight path, making it easy to compare conditions across seasons and track how a defect is progressing before it becomes a replacement.
